Publish books that inspire readers to LIVE life to the fullest and to LEARN something new every day. More than thirty years ago, when Bob Baron started Fulcrum Publishing, his goal was to publish high-quality books from extraordinary authors. Fulcrum recognizes that good books can’t exist without the best authors. To that end, we have published books from prominent politicians (Governors Richard Lamm and Bill Ritter, Jr., Senators Gary Hart and Eugene McCarthy), influential Native Americans (Wilma Mankiller, Vine Deloria Jr., and Joseph Bruchac), master gardeners (Lauren Springer, Tom Peace, and Richard Hartlage), and important organizations in the environmental community (Campaign for America’s Wilderness, World Wilderness Congress, Defenders of Wildlife).
WildBlue Press was formed out of the conversations between Steve Jackson (a New York Times bestselling author of true crime, crime fiction, thriller and history) and Michael Cordova (a technology and online marketing specialist, founder and President of 21st Century Technologies, Inc., past CTO of Well.org and past CTO and founding partner at Mercury Leads). They were a couple of college buddies who recognized that the publishing world was changing–traditional publishers were making it tough on “working class” authors (those not named King or Rowling) yet rising above the “white noise” of the self-publishing world was an immense obstacle for authors suddenly expected to “do it all” themselves in addition to writing.

Ramey and Greg Michalson formed Unbridled Books in 2003, a renewal of our partnership dedicated to publishing high-quality works that are moving, beautiful, and surprising. We chose the name to designate a publishing venture that is both energetic and independent. Unbridled Books is a premier publisher of works of rich literary quality that appeal to a broad audience. We want to be able to continue our longtime discussion about what allows a novel to touch our hearts and our minds at once. And we want our readers, booksellers, and reviewers to trust that when they pick up an Unbridled book, we’re inviting them to enjoy that rarest of pleasures, a good read.
The team at Steuben Press has been working in on-demand book printing services for over a decade. We came to the company as book designers, editors, press operators, bindery professionals, and more than anything just people who dig books. Regardless of our backgrounds, we all noticed the same glaring problem in the book printing industry – authors have to struggle way too hard to have their books produced. We wanted to start a company that would take the hassle out of book printing and make it an experience for the author that’s just as much fun as we think it is. We all love the history behind book printing and binding but strive to provide an experience that takes advantage of all the speed and convenience of new technologies to provide.
Adoration Publishing LLC publishes teaching and learning resources that promote a Trinitarian vision of Christian belief. We publish books, printed music, and videos that embrace God the Father; the uniqueness of Jesus Christ as the only way to the Father; and the presence of the Holy Spirit with us today. Many of our resources focus on living and relating to one another in ways that promote mutual love and respect for one another.
Awen Publications is a small press with a mission to publish works of poetry, fiction, and literary non-fiction that match the quality of writing with an engagement with the world. Our books are responsive to the challenges of our time, especially the strained relationship between human beings and the ecosystem we all inhabit. In this way, we seek to contribute to what we call an ‘ecobardic’ movement in the arts – envisioned in An Ecobardic Manifesto.

Isn’t that why you’re writing a book? Western Reflection is a publisher of fine books that reflect the history and culture of the Western United States and Southwestern Colorado, with special emphasis on the San Juan Area. Works are chosen because of their historical significance or cultural expression and will always demonstrate a high standard of quality and innovation in their subject matter. It is attention to the integrity of the work itself, as well as the dedication of the person presenting that work, that distinctly separates us from the publishers of mass-market books. We are committed to publishing works of outstanding quality, honouring commitments to the authors of our published works, developing long term relationships with our author and readers and preserving western history and culture. It is our hope that the works we publish will represent our love and respect for the land that nurtures the very spirit of humanity: a life lived with strength and grace.
I started this company in 2001 to publish books I felt needed to be read by anyone with the deep interest to fully engage all aspects of life, and we’re still doing that. I will always have a very strong love of good books and am happy to provide them to readers all over the world. Publishing feels like a calling to me, a labour of love, but fortunately, it can also put food on the table!
Thank you for visiting our site, and hopefully, you’ll find something you want to take home with you. Creating books creates a dialogue between the publisher, the author, and the reader, so please let us know what you think—we’re always interested in connecting with you.
