The new home complex Birla Evara is in the Sarjapur area of Bangalore East. The Birla Estate has homes with 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 bedrooms spread out over 25 acres. Each Birla Evara flat is between 449 and 1630 square feet. The Birla Estates Apartments complex in Bangalore has thirteen buildings, two basements, and twenty-four to twenty-five stories. Within the limits of this project, the "Birla Mandir" temple is planned to be built. This great East Bangalore apartment block, which is on Sarjapur Road, marks the start of a new year in 2025. Following Vaastu rules, the project includes thirteen 27-story apartment buildings. There is open land on 80% of it.
