Fitness Trainer for Boxing in Colonial Heights, VA

Location: Gold's Gym, Colonial Heights, VA 23834

Job Type: Part-time, no experience required.

Compensation: $13 per hour

Hours: 6 hours per week (1 day per week)

Schedule: Flexible, preferably one day on the weekends, with some weekday options

Job Description: We are looking to hire 1 or 2 individuals to assist in boxing training sessions. No prior experience is required, as we are willing to invest in your development as a fitness trainer. This is a unique opportunity to not only earn an hourly wage but also to receive training in boxing and sparring.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct pad work sessions

• Assist in training and or sparring sessions

• Exercise on the treadmill and do occasionally weight lifting, shadow boxing and bag work to stay fit and be able to help out in pad work and sparring.

• Learn boxing techniques to eventually assist in headgear sparring

• Collaborate with the team to create engaging and effective workout routines

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required

• Enthusiastic about fitness and boxing

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

• Excellent communication skills
