At Alpha Book Publisher, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
1. Returns and Refunds:
If you receive a damaged or defective book, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the product for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service department at email@example.com to process your return.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return the book within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. In this case, the book must be in its original condition, with no missing or damaged pages.
Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days of receiving the returned item.
2. Digital Products:
All digital products, including e-books, are non-refundable. If you encounter any technical issues with your digital purchase, please contact our customer service department for assistance.
Custom-ordered books or bulk orders may not be eligible for returns or refunds. However, if they are damaged during shipping, or as a result of a printing defect, then our manufacturing partners may accept the book(s) for a free replacement if it was a printing defect and not a revision. According to our manufacturing partners, revision requests are not grounds for free book replacements.
Books that have been marked as "final sale" are also not eligible for returns or refunds.
