Wait times for online return processing are getting ridiculous


Recently treated myself to a few new outfits during a big seasonal sale, but unfortunately, a couple of the items didn't fit quite right when they arrived. I followed the return instructions perfectly and dropped the package off at the post office nearly three weeks ago, yet my account still shows that the return is "pending." I’ve tried checking the tracking and it says the warehouse received it, but I haven't seen a dime back on my credit card yet. It’s a significant amount of money to have just sitting in limbo, and the lack of updates from the support team is starting to make me nervous. I tried calling their service number yesterday, but the wait time was over an hour, so I eventually had to hang up and go back to work. Is anyone else experiencing major delays with their refunds right now, or is it just me? I love the clothes, but this level of service is making me think twice about ordering from their website ever again.

I bought a gorgeous dress for a wedding but it arrived with a security tag still attached and I had no idea how to remove it safely. Every time I tried calling the store they just put me on hold and I was starting to panic about my outfit. I searched online for a better way to reach their team and found Guess customer service which worked much better than the official site. Finding this info was a lifesaver because I finally got through to someone who helped me. Now the dress is ready and I am so glad I did not ruin the fabric.
